RESCHEDULING Whilst rescheduling your session can be disruptive we know that it's sometimes necessary. For paid services, we allow clients to reschedule their sessions at no charge if these are rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance. We'd encourage you to reschedule as opposed to cancelling your session. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations should be made as early as possible. We will refund cancellations made at least 1 hours in advance. Your service fee will be lost if you provide less than 1 hours notice. We will wait on calls for 10 minutes. Unfortunately we cannot lose vital work time waiting longer.
